Terms & Conditions

Page Information

  • All bookings are provisional until the contract is signed and returned by the client.
    • Upon confirmation a £50 non-refundable deposit is required with the return of the signed contract unless otherwise agreed.
  • All packages are booked to perform within the agreed times e.g. between 1930 & 0030 - standard package.
    • Clients wanting entertainment after 0030 a charge of £50 per ½ hour will apply. Please ensure that Just Too Delicious is aware of all time changes prior to the event and that the times you want comply with the venue licence.
  • Please also be aware that Just Too Delicious will require at least 1 hour to set up and their start time is completely dependent upon access to the room. Should you require Just Too Delicious to arrive prior to 1730 there maybe an additional fee to cover this time, please contact Just Too Delicious as early as possible if you become aware that this maybe necessary. Lost time on the client's part at the beginning of the evening due to late access/room availability cannot be added to the end of the evening and the standard £50 per ½ hour after 0030 shall apply.
  • Methods of Payment:
    • Payment on the night: Cash or Bankers Draft only.
    • Payment by Personal Cheque: Balance due 7 days prior to the event. Please make all cheques payable to G. Calandro.
    • Please note that should funds not be cleared on the night of the event Just Too Delicious will charge the agreed fee plus a late payment fee of 15%.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue is suitably secured and has a safe 13amp/240 volt power supply.
  • The client is liable to pay for any damage to Just Too Delicious' equipment caused by drunken, disorderly or any other inappropriate behaviour of guests attending the function or event.
  • The client is asked to provide reasonable hospitality during the period of the event including refreshments and suitable lockable changing facilities.
  • Where a contract is held in more than one name, all persons named in the agreement will be deemed to be jointly responsible for payment or cancelation.

Cancelation Charges

  • Client cancelation within 21 days of the event a charge of 30% of the total, applies.
